The Usability and Adoption team is responsible for accelerating the user’s understanding, engagement, and long-term platform adoption through targeted experimentation and experience optimization. You'll identify friction points across the user journey and design solutions to make the platform more intuitive, learnable, and valuable. This is a high-velocity role where you'll run rapid experiments, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on feedback.

Own end-to-end design strategy from discovery through prototyping, testing, and handoff. Deliver high-fidelity visuals, interaction specs, and docs that engineers can action immediately. Work directly with client engineers early and often—discuss what's feasible, collaborate on tradeoffs, and iterate designs based on technical constraints and opportunities.
