The Usability and Adoption team is responsible for accelerating the user’s understanding, engagement, and long-term platform adoption through targeted experimentation and experience optimization. You'll identify friction points across the user journey and design solutions to make the platform more intuitive, learnable, and valuable. This is a high-velocity role where you'll run rapid experiments, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on feedback.

Contribute to our design system while delivering new features and product enhancements across multiple platforms: website, responsive web app, and mobile app. Take ownership of design within a squad, proactively shape problem statements and project scope, and drive long-term strategic opportunities.
Pitch, prototype, test, build, ship, and refine new features. Refine our UX/UI patterns across our iOS and Android apps. Rethink our onboarding and core user flows. Influence the product roadmap. Refine our process and help shape the design org. The ideal candidate will have experience with research, discovery, prototyping, and delivery of consumer-facing products.
Own end-to-end design strategy from discovery through prototyping, testing, and handoff. Deliver high-fidelity visuals, interaction specs, and docs that engineers can action immediately. Work directly with client engineers early and often—discuss what's feasible, collaborate on tradeoffs, and iterate designs based on technical constraints and opportunities. Partner with client Product and Engineering teams to understand goals and user needs; translate objectives into compelling design solutions that move their roadmap forward.
As a Staff Product Designer on XAM, you’ll operate as a strategic leader and expert practitioner, shaping the future of product experiences in the extended access management space. You’ll define and champion UX vision and strategy for your area of ownership, partnering closely with product and engineering leaders to set direction that balances customer needs, market trends, and business goals. In this role, you will tackle complex problems, and influence the roadmap at the highest levels of the organization.
